Our Appetizers

Our appetizers are prepared daily from locally sourced fresh products, cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Cheeses from goat milk, a specialty of the region.

Our First Courses

Our pastas are home made from various grains including ravioli, chitarra and parpadelle.

Our sauces include red sauces made with cervo (deer), chinghiale (wild pig) and baccala (salted cod). We also make lighter sauces with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms.

Not all sauces are available daily as we prepare from scratch.

Our Second Courses

Our meats are locally grown without antibiotics.

Our arrosticini, the local favorite, is considered the best in the area and always available. We serve cervo (deer), chinghiale (wild pig) and baccala (salted cod), all items are not always available but can be pre-ordered. Special dishes, not always available include tripe and turcinello (a local dish that you can’t get anywhere else).

Special Orders

We make breads from selected grains and always use only healthy ingredients. Our breads can be pre-ordered two or three days in advance.
